We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Key Accounts Officer – Remote
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Conversion:
- Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products, services, and offerings.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and inquiries.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within key accounts.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales conversion strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Salary
- N100,000 – N250,000 monthly.
