Overview:

BMTX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Representative who would be responsible for handling client questions, comments, and concerns. The applicant’s ultimate goal is to provide positive experiences, enhancing the relationship between BMTX and the client.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following abilities:

  • Work independently to complete tasks while maintaining a good working relationship with fellow colleagues
  • Excellent Research Skills and working knowledge of basic banking regulations
  • Superior knowledge retention and ability to apply knowledge to different avenues of the work environment

Ideal Skills

  • Minimum of 1-year BMAS system knowledge
  • Minimum of 1-year knowledge of Refund Disbursement Processes
  • SFTP File Transfer experience

Required Experience/ Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Clear written and verbal skills
