Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and efficient HR and Admin Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the efficient administration of the company, and providing direct support to the CEO.
- Additionally, this role involves assisting with grant applications and ensuring effective time management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee performance management and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Handle employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling communications.
- Identify and research potential grant opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Create an inclusive and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Management of Payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

- Experience in office administration and executive support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace .
- Experience with grant writing and applications is preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Candidates must have a functioning laptop.
Remuneration
- Base: N190,000 Monthly.
- Performance Bonus: N80,000 (successful grant application).
