Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures throughout the ranch facilities, including the cable car system.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards, malfunctions, or maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing bulbs, switches, and outlets.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the efficient integration of electrical systems with other ranch facilities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects or upgrades as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in electrical systems and equipment.
Requirements
- A Degree in Electrical Electronic ,Vocational training or certification as an electrician or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including working at heights or in confined spaces.
Remuneration
N200,000.00 negotiable (accommodation inclusive).
