Job Description

  • Our client is recruiting to hire a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
  • The primary goal of the Sales Specialist is to connect highly-skilled African tech talents with global opportunities.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

  • Producing, delivering, and iterating prospecting strategies with email, social media, cold calling, and qualification conversations.
  • Assisting and supporting marketing campaigns.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to attract and acquire foreign and local businesses.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the organization.
  • Responsible for appropriate follow up, qualification and responsiveness to inbound inquiries for the Enterprise.

Sales Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and client acquisition.
  • Ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of clients in the tech industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in EdTech and/or HR Tech solutions firm.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot and ZohoCRM) and lead generation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven past record of meeting a sales target of over $200,000
  • Sales Skills Required: Research, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Booking, Pitching, cold calling.

Benefits
Salary: N500,000 / Month with added commission
