Duties
- Engages in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
- Persistently pursues sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
- Demonstrates products/services, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
- Coordinates and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
- Conducts in-depth product research and share knowledge with team members, enhancing collective expertise.
- Develops strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs.
- Formulates customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
- Analyzes target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND holder in Business or a related field. Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Applicants must live within Ajah, Jakande, Marwa Ikate, Ilaso.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
