Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled Business Manager to oversee our business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and manage our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate business risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business management, leadership, or a related field
- Proven track record of business success and growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
