Job Title: Customer Support Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years cognate work experience with at least two (2) years within a reputable and structured business environment.
  • Working experience with CRM systems.

Salary

  • N300,000 monthly.
