Job Summary
- As the Client Service Executive at Mazelle Bridals, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service from their first inquiry to the final fitting.
- Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every bride has a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, providing them with a warm and professional introduction to Mazelle Bridals.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments, fittings, and consultations.
- Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their needs and preferences with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in selecting bridal wear that matches their style, body type, and wedding theme.
- Provide detailed product information and styling advice to help clients make informed decisions.
- Manage the order process from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and customization of bridal wear.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and orders.
- Prepare reports on client service activities and feedback.
- Assist in planning and executing client events, trunk shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or bridal wear industry.
- Strong understanding of bridal fashion and trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
