Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our real estate firm by identifying, negotiating, and securing new deals and partnerships.
  • This individual will be responsible for expanding our market presence, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the firm’s strategic goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and Pursue Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new partners and clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to promote the firm’s interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Lead negotiations for new deals and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and contracts to potential partners and clients.
  • Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement business development plans aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual targets for business growth and partnership development.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of business development initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and project management teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Provide market feedback to improve service offerings and identify new opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest market developments and best practices in business development.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 / Month.
