  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Squad Leads, Senior Operators, and Operators.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and personal development.
  • Ensure regular training and up-skilling of team members to meet evolving client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee operational delivery to a portfolio of clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
  • Maintain strong communication, clear expectations management, and timely resolution of service-level issues.
  • Address client concerns promptly through your team and work proactively to exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure accurate time tracking and billing.

Operational Excellence:

  • Dive deep into metrics and data, supported by the Data & Analytics team, to foresee trends and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team for hands-on support during onboarding.

Process Improvement and Innovation:
