Job Title: Production Manager (Automobile)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Line balancing and line setup
- Production target setup / Hourly production monitoring
- Develop documents and procedures for production activities (SOP & process documents)
- Operator training & Operator skill matrix
- Daily manning chart (attendance) preparation
- Ensuring all sub-assemblies are balanced
- Ensuring the material supply line is balanced
- Deployment of Housekeeping arrangement, review, and monitoring
- Review waste movement arrangement
- CKD availability required for hourly production
- Maintain production output and ensure no losses
- Managing relievers and issuing pass
- Achieving targets for RFT & quality targets
- Taking corrective action for PDI feedback (CAPA)
- Production lot sticker fixing & scanning for completion (FG )
- Regular Improvement activities (PDCA)
- Driving lean manufacturing principles, implementing TPM activities, and report preparation
- Development and maintenance of all visual documents (Operation sheet, OPL, line balancing, PFD, Quality critical stations)
- Kaizen activities
- Daily JH monitoring.
- DWM sheet preparation and monitoring
- Safety committee and meeting the safety requirement
- Daily production closing report
- Daily attendance monitoring and Payroll.
- Lean manufacturing, TPM, JIT, Kit system, FIFO, Pokayoke.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 & EMS 14000 system added advantage
Requirements
- HND/ B.Eng Mechanical / Automobile / Production
- Minimum of 7-10years work experience in automobile industry is preferred,(2wheeler / 3 wheeler) additional advantage
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
