We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Verification Officer

Job Description

  • Ensure timely completion of all verifications and reporting in compliance with the outlined processes.
  • Conduct detailed background checks of apartments to be listed
  • Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks.
  • Delivery of confidential documents.
  • Assists the overall Client Relationship Manager in managing the affairs of property owners, Property agents and wide range of clients in locations assigned.
  • Responsible for due diligence (physically verifying properties within a location) of vacant property which may include on the spot pictures and video taking.
  • Selling the Escapade solutions to landlords and property owners with the benefits of partnering with them.
  • Resolve all client complaints and inquiries
  • Maintain a portfolio master sheet to keep track of all property owners, clients, and other stakeholders as the case maybe.
  • In charge of all agreements, contracts and other transactional documentations.
  • Coordinate with the client relationship management department on all clients transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze clients transactions financial components.
  • Onboard property owners on the Escapade platform
  • Gather information and evidence through face-to-face interviews
  • Ensure the data and reports are complete, accurate and consistent

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of B.Sc qualification in any field or discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with atleast 2 years experience in similar role.
  • A female candidate is preferred.

  • Understanding of real estate transactional and contractual papers.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively in both oral English and the local language.

Other Requirements:

  • It is expected for candidates to meet up working duration as It’s a full-time position, 8am – 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
