Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a background in electrical or telecommunications to join our team in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate should possess basic Project Management (PM) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) certificates.
- Previous experience in the solar industry is not required.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize technical knowledge in electrical or telecommunications to manage project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Implement and enforce HSE standards and practices across all project activities.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communication and Reporting:
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address issues.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
Education and Certification:
- Technical background in electrical or telecommunications.
- Basic Project Management (PM) certificate.
- Basic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) certificate.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
- N300,000 – N500,00 monthly
