Job Title: Solar Sales Engineer
Locations: Kaduna and Kano

Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Engineer to join our team in Kano and Kaduna.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hausa, live in either Kano or Kaduna, and have a strong background in sales.
- This position requires a motivated individual who can drive sales, understand customer needs, and provide effective solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on solar products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.
Technical Expertise:
- Understand and explain the technical aspects of solar products and systems.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about product specifications and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate solar solutions for their needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hausa and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
- Must live in Kano or Kaduna.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
