Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Energy Sales Executives to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling solar products such as inverters, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and solar panels, with a deep understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar systems.
- You will be responsible for driving sales, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy market.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective clients.
- Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales of solar products, including inverters, UPS, and solar panels.
- Strong technical understanding of PV (Photovoltaic) solar energy systems and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
