Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate furniture solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s furniture products to potential and existing clients.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and product improvements.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and specifications.
- Close sales deals and ensure all contractual terms are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the furniture or manufacturing industry, is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey product specifications and benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the furniture manufacturing industry and market trends.
Salary
N180,000 per month.
