Job Title: Sales Executive

Description 

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to drive sales growth
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in real estate or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
