Job Description
- To provide operational leadership for staff to achieve business goals and maximize profitability
- Sales Strategy Development
- Customer Relationship Management
- Sales target achievement
- Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Setting Sales Goals and Targets
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Requirements/Skills:
- High Energy
- Multi-tasking and working efficiently under pressure
- Hands-on approach to responsibilities
- Negotiation Skill
- Communication skills
- Coordinating various employees with different levels of skills, competencies and capacity
- Leadership, Managerial and delegation skills
- The candidate should be open to relocating to any location.
Salary
Gross Salary of N3,600,000 per annum for Sales Manager.
