Remote Virtual Assistant Needed (N250,000/Month)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Assist with project management and track progress.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with social media management.
