Hiring Process For This Roles
You’ll find a lot of useful information about our interview process and what it’s like to join our global team on the Float career page. The hiring process for this role looks like this:
- Initial First Meet (15 min): You’ll meet with Linda, Talent Partner, to discuss your experience and review your questions about working at Float.
- Manager Interview (45 min): You’ll meet with Georgie, Director of People and Operations, to discuss how this role supports Float’s growth journey and your own career aspirations.
- Co-Worker Interview (30 min): You’ll meet with Julia, Sarah or Amber from the Operations team to dive deeper into your skills and experience.
- Founder Interview (30 min): You’ll meet with Glenn, Float’s CEO, to get to know you and see if you have potential to be a great addition to the team.
