Core Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Social Media team, conceptualize and design social-first campaigns and assets (graphics, animations, infographics, audio) for use across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, and emerging platforms on a daily basis
- Maintain and strengthen our brand voice and tone and branding through social content creation
- Stay on top of cultural & design trends to pitch relevant ways to bring our content to life
- Be experimental with content, take risks, be ambitious and original
- Develop a library of evergreen social assets and templates that can be re-used, periodically updated and potentially scaled across the company
- Establish repeatable processes, templates and best practices for daily and weekly content creation
- Create and maintain an organized shared database for all social assets to live
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of social media design experience, candidates must attach portfolio (via PDF or web link) with application
- Strategic thinker with an ability to design and execute high-level social strategy and both daily content and macro campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively – connecting the dots when others cannot. Able to make the leap from information to insight to creative execution.
- Able to identify, nurture and refine compelling creative ideas and concepts, with a strong connection to the core strategy
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and the ability to craft engaging stories.
- Proven track record of creating content that gets shared and talked about.
- Strong understanding of Slack, Google Suite and related workflows, importing and exporting
- Expert skills in Figma, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent digital design tool
- A storyteller and an innovative communicator who’s resourceful, scrappy, and eager to try new things
- High tolerance for change, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask to complete tasks at high volume
- Ability to with international partners in different time zones often times asynchronously (social team sits across east and west coast of the US and the UK)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to communicate in a proactive & concise manner as work is done mostly over slack
- Solid understanding of marketing and social media analytics.
You would be at the top of our candidate pool if you also have:
- experience working in a cross-functional marketing team in the B2B SaaS space; bonus points at a hyper growth startup, HRTech or FinTech industries
- worked at a very fast-growing startup
- successfully worked in a fully remote & globally distributed team
- 2D Animation skills
- 3D knowledge and 3D design skills are a plus
- Animation/videography skills to create short form video content that engages audiences, including expertise with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro is also a plus
