Responsibilities:

  • Answering professional calls and emails when they arrive.
  • Responding to questions and requests from customers and guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with multiple internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely order delivery and processing.
  • Raising customer complaints as necessary.
  • Arranging data and producing in-depth consumer insights to improve the efficiency and productivity of sales forces.
  • Supporting the sales team with important planning and operations duties in order to further the business’s overarching goal.
  • Achievement Effective goal-setting, creating sales incentives to support corporate goals, and defining and analyzing the area are all part of planning for maximum sales effectiveness.
  • Delivering competitive and superior offers to the sales team in order to support pricing and contracts.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces, IT Services and Other Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
