Job Description

  • NimbleByte Global is looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team.
  • The ideal candidates should have a robust background in sales, real estate, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Scout for direct properties to list on our platform
  • Promote and sell properties, including land, rentals, and shortlets
  • Utilize social media to market, source, and research properties
  • Onboard agents and developers
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Market properties through the NimbleCasa platform and other channels
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales contracts
  • Stay current with real estate market trends
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly plus commission.
