Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee our logistics and transportation operations in Ibadan.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers and trucks, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, and optimizing operational processes to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers and trucks
  • Coordinate and plan routes, schedules, and deliveries
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and labor
  • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of trucks and vehicles
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze and report on operational performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or transportation
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
