Introduction: As the Marketing Lead at Everest, you will oversee and manage our marketing efforts, ensuring that our funnel is optimized, analytics are precise, and our brand presence is strong across all channels. Your role will encompass managing various marketing functions, including paid media, marketing automation, SEO, content creation, social media, and brand management. You will either run these functions or engage agencies based on your experience and capacity.
Responsibilities:
Funnel Management and Analytics:
- Oversee and optimize the marketing funnel, ensuring efficient lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Utilize analytics to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Implement data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Paid Media:
- Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI on ad spend and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
Marketing Automation:
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Ensure that marketing automation efforts align with overall marketing and sales strategies.
SEO:
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure content is aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely delivery.
Social Media:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and monitor performance metrics.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create cohesive brand experiences.
Agency/Internal Collaboration:
- Liaise with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Ensure that internal teams and external partners are aligned on marketing goals and strategies.
- Manage relationships with agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.

Compensation:
Salary: $40,000 base with up to $15,000 in performance-based bonuses
