We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Supervisor

Locations: Port Harcourt – Rivers and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Converting leads into sales via proper communication with customers, understanding their needs and tailoring company’s approach to meeting those needs.
  • Understanding prevailing pricing in key market segments and localities so as to guide the company to derive optimum value from our businesses.
  • Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders in a way that achieves ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Reviewing customer feedback, analyzing consumption patterns and developing strategies for customer retention and improved service to all customer groups being served
  • Providing quality after sales support to customers, addressing complex issues and challenges facing the customer.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with customers via proper communication, considering their needs and designing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. (2nd class) or HND (credit) in Business Admin., Management, Marketing, Economic and other related courses.
  • Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial, sales, marketing, business development, or any related field. He/she should have a solid understanding of the oil and gas downstream industry, market dynamics and business strategies.
  • Professional body Certification is an Additional advantage
  • 35-40 Years
  • Must reside within Port Harcourt or be willing to relocate at its own cost.

Other Required skills:

  • Ability to use Microsoft 365 suite, Sage300, and other such Apps.
