Job Brief
- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR management, specifically within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
