- The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, administrative functions, and compliance within the medical manufacturing company

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
- Minimum of 9 years experience as an HR professional, with at least 4 years in a managerial.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
