Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Description
They are looking to recruit an ambitious and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for business development, sales/marketing, and overseeing the entire office business operations, ensuring that the company’s performance targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s activities
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals to meet performance targets.
- Identify new sales leads.
- Pitch products and services
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure quality of service to clients meets the required standards.
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure that daily activities align with the company’s goals.
- Develop and implement budgets.
- Reporting directly to the head SE
- Provide input to and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets
- Increase Sales revenue
- Operating Costs reduction
- Increase Profits
- Increase staff Retention and Loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in business development and sales.
- A graduate of Business Management, marketing or any related field
- Must reside in Enugu or be willing to relocate.
- Females are most preferred but not compulsory.
- Above 30 years of age.
- Must be computer literate and able to use Ms offices.
Salary
N150,000 / Month with commission.
