Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operations of the Recruitment Unit.
- Develop and Implement strategies for effective recruitment that will ensure that clients has the required skills to meet current and future needs.
- Ensure that all processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
- Continually provide top-class talent to clients.
- Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).
- Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in related fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
