Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Grant Writer to join our growing freelance team! As a Grant Writer, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling proposals that secure critical funding for non-profit organisations. This is a full-time contract role, offering the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with client missions.
- Develop strong, persuasive proposals that meet foundation and government guidelines.
- Manage all aspects of the grant writing process, from research to submission.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
You are a great fit if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing successful government tenders/contracts or grant/bid proposals
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills
- Strong understanding of grant writing best practices and proposal structures
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working for the non-profit sector
- University graduate with a 2:1 degree and above

- Portfolio of secured funding
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing your own time effectively
- University graduate with a 2:1 degree and above in English Language
