Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail to join our team.

Job Summary

• As the Production Manager at Mazelle Bridals, you will oversee the entire production process of our bridal collections.
• You will ensure that our designs are brought to life with the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
• Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and innovation in bridal fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the production process from design to final product.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure that all bridal wear products meet the company’s quality standards.
• Supervise and lead the production team, including seamstresses, pattern makers, and quality control staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise with fabric and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Prepare and manage the production budget.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement best practices and innovative techniques in bridal wear production.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that design specifications are feasible and met.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into the production process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the fashion industry, preferably in bridal wear.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textile properties.
• Proven experience in managing production schedules and budgets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
