Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide fashion advice and recommend clothing items based on customers’ preferences and current trends.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and fashion trends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a clothing store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of fashion and ability to provide styling advice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
