About the Job
As a Facility Manager at Landmark Africa Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facility Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for optimal functioning of equipment and infrastructure.
- Vendor and Client Management: Collaborate with service providers and vendors to ensure quality services are delivered.
- Budget Control: Monitor and control budgets related to facility management activities.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement necessary protocols.
- Space Utilization: Optimize the use of space to meet organizational needs efficiently.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen situations.
- Energy Management and Sustainability: Efficient management of Water, Power, Sewage, and Resources in the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Should have B.Sc and must have a facility management certification.
- Should have at least 5 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or relevant role.
- Pro-efficient in the use of Microsoft Package.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / month.
