Job Description

  • We are seeking to employ an experienced Executive Coach to join our team and provide high-level coaching and mentorship to executives, senior leaders, and founders.
  • As an Executive Coach, you will empower clients to achieve their professional goals, enhance leadership skills, and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct confidential coaching sessions focused on leadership development, executive presence, strategic planning, and performance enhancement.
  • Partner with executives, senior leaders, and founders to identify goals, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized coaching plans.
  • Provide constructive feedback, insights, and accountability to support clients in achieving their objectives and overcoming challenges.
  • Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, assessments, and tools to facilitate growth and self-awareness in clients.
  • Collaborate with Talentsquare’s team to identify and address organizational needs, trends, and opportunities for coaching interventions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, leadership best practices, and executive coaching methodologies to continuously improve coaching effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive coach or leadership development consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior-level executives.
  • Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institute or organization.
  • Experience working with diverse industries and cultures is preferred.
