Job Title: Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • As a Customer Service E-commerce Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support.
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless shopping experience.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • HND / BSc in Mass Communication or a related field.

Work Schedule:

  • 4 days per week, including weekends.
  • 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Flexibility to work during peak times and holidays.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
