- Problem Resolution Efficiency:How effectively and promptly you resolve challenges faced by both clients and EAs.
Requirements
In this Role, You Will:
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients in order to thoroughly understand their needs and goals.
- Take the initiative to proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and ensure their continued loyalty.
- Drive innovation in service delivery processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle client support and various operational tasks as necessary to provide exceptional service.
- Welcome and assist new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process and creating positive first impressions.
- Empower Executive Assistants (EAs) by helping them develop and enhance their skills based on valuable client feedback.
- Manage and resolve any challenges arising in the Client-EA relationship to maintain smooth and productive collaborations.
- Conduct performance reviews for EAs and work closely with HR to enhance our hiring strategies and ensure we have top talent.
- Maintain high standards of performance for EAs and oversee communications between EAs and clients.
