Job Title: Credit Relationship Officer
Location: Opebi Road – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals.
- Evaluating the creditworthiness of the applicants as well as the risk involved before loan disbursement.
- Identity opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals and close deal.
- Act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and help applicants acquire loans in a truly manner.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry.
- Determine if the client is loan worthy based on information received such as financial statements, collateral etc.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or a related field
- 2 – 4 years relevant work experience as a loan officer in the any financial institution ( micro finance included).
- Proven sales experience from carrying out Loan Processing, disbursement, monitoring, collateral management and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Age range between 23 – 28 years.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
