Job Overview
- The Creative Director will oversee the development of social media creative assets for our clients.
- This person will also create innovative and engaging digital marketing campaigns for our clients.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on creativity to produce compelling digital content.
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
- Oversee the creative process for our clients’ digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop creative content (graphic designs, videos, scripts and other relevant creative materials).
Project Management:
- Manage client projects and ensure timely delivery of creative requirements.
- Work closely with CEO to supervise the project delivery team.
Brand Development:
- Conceptualize and oversee the execution of Craft Media’s brand promotion projects, including advertising campaigns, digital content, branding, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage Craft Media’s social media accounts.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, clients, external creative partners, freelancers and vendors.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Gather feedback and iterate on creative concepts based on stakeholder input.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative role and/or client management role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful creative digital campaigns.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
