Our client is a leading e-commerce platform for the hospitality industry. They are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creation Associate with an interest in the food and beverage industry to join their dynamic team.
You will be responsible for designing marketing assets on behalf of the hundreds of restaurants and food and beverage merchants the client is partnered with.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop email marketing assets, social media assets, and branding materials that reflect the unique voice and identity of each partner.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the respective individual brand guidelines of each partner.
- Email Marketing: Create tailored email campaigns in platforms such as MailChimp and/ or Squarespace.
- Industry Insight: Utilize knowledge and interest in hospitality to create relevant and engaging content
- Visual Translation: Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva.
- Brand Voice: Mimic the brand voice of clients in content creation to maintain consistency and authenticity across all channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication.
What Success Looks Like:
- Engaging Content: Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates the brand’s message and resonates with the audience.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing channels and materials.
- Effective Creative Copy: Translate creative copy into effective email campaigns and marketing assets that generate positive results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Email Marketing Experience: Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp is highly desired.
- Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Design Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content.
- Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Independence: Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines
