Job Brief

  • Our client, a Fashion Manufacturing Unit seeks to recruit an energetic, result-oriented, self-motivated, and well-focused Client Relationship Manager with an excellent communication skill.
  • The person will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Job Summary

  • Prospect and qualify leads, generating interest in garment factory’s products and services.
  • Ability to meet sales target worth of at least 50 million monthly
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain the required level of the relevant domain (industry) knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5Years work experience as a Client Relationship Manager in a Fashion Manufacturing Unit , is an added advantage
  • Strong Communication Skills is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives
  • Very strong communication skill
  • Ability to meet and surpass sales target monthly
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.
  • Proven ability to do consultative and concept selling

Salary

  • N220,000 – N250,000 monthly.
