Responsiblities
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and develop new markets, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Providingreport of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Setting goals and develop sales plans for business and revenue growth
- Planning and implement new target and drive market initiatives
- Trainining field sales staff
- Forecasting sales revenue
- Negotiatingclient pricing
- Evaluatingcurrent sales performance and identify ways to expand
