Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends.
  • Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market potential.
  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Support in the development of client proposals and presentations.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of business development meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market analysis.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of business development events and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

  • N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
  • Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications, plus compulsory benefits.
