Job Title: Ad-hoc Sourcing Specialist
Location: Gwarimpa / Jahi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Temporary
Job Type: Short-term Contract (1 Month)
Reports To: Team Lead
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (Day Shift) 8pm – 4am (Night Shift)
Job Summary
- As the Ad-hoc Sourcing Specialists, you will play a crucial role in a short-term project aimed at sourcing PFMO LGA consultants for the 774 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Nigeria. This role requires entry-level recruitment professionals with strong organizational and communication skills to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Identify and source potential candidates for the PFMO LGA consultant positions.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and report daily progress to the Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Ensure recruitment targets are met within the project timeframe.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about the role and guiding them through the application process.
- Work closely with the Team Lead and other Sourcing Specialists to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 -1 yearsof experience in recruitment and selection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Recruitment Skills: Ability to source and identify qualified candidates efficiently.
- Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and candidate records.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve recruitment goals.
Daily Rate
- N8,000 Naira per month.
