Job Title: Account officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Count stock in the café and stores and send daily reports.
- Make requisition of needed items.
- To confirm all payments received from the sales of food and beverages
- To confirm all payments for sales of rooms
- To properly record daily new stock and kitchen items for proper monitoring
- To reconcile sales invoice with sales receipt
- Writing daily payment voucher and petty cash voucher for daily expenses
- Daily posting of daily transactions on payments and receipts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
- Knowledge of the use of Excel
- Classification of expenses
- Knowledge on the use of accounting software
- Good communication skill

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
