We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This position is fully remote.

Salary range: $6,250 – $8,300 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through various digital channels, such as email, chat, or phone, to assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and transactions.
  • Account Assistance: Help customers with various account-related tasks, including opening new accounts, processing account updates, and resolving login or access issues.
  • Transaction Support: Assist customers in conducting transactions, including fund transfers, bill payments, and mobile check deposits. Ensure accuracy and security in all transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital bank’s products and services, and educate customers on using online banking tools and features effectively.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, disputes, or issues promptly. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input customer data and transaction information into the bank’s system, maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement in service quality and digital products.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to inform them about new products, promotions, and other services that may benefit them

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions is crucial.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using digital tools and online banking platforms is a must. Knowledge of online and mobile banking applications is highly beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze customer issues and find solutions quickly is important. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are valuable.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of banking and financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, is often required.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry is vital to ensure the integrity of customer accounts and transactions.
  • Patience and Resilience: Dealing with frustrated or upset customers requires patience and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Adaptability: The digital banking industry is continually evolving, so CSRs should be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues in other departments, such as compliance, is often necessary to resolve complex issues.
