Job Title: Sales Agent (Deposit Mobilization)
Location: Oniru, Lagos

Description
- As a Sales Agent (Deposit Mobilization), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our deposit products to potential customers. You will play a key role in increasing our deposit base and expanding our customer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate customers about our deposit products and services, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote customer loyalty and retention.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an added advantage.
- Fluency in [Languages] is preferred.
Pay
N100,000 monthly plus other benefits and added commission percentage for every target met
