Job Summary
- Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for the beauty industry? We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team at a prestigious hair boutique located in Ikate, Lagos Island.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and developing action plans for improvement.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail.
- Passion for the beauty and hair industry is a plus.

- Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 per month
