Job Title: Group Admin and Business Support Services Officer

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement the HR fundamentals including the review of the Company Code of Conduct, Compensation & Benefits policy, Succession Planning, Recruitment process, training & developments
- Manage all Internal Relations & Admin matters
- Supervise the Payroll proper calculation and administration, as well as the compliance with the relevant taxation laws
- Develop and implement a proper Performance Appraisal System
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements
- Manage all employee relations including managing conflicts, dismissal, corrective measures as well as conducting exit interviews and performance evaluation
- Also responsible for constantly conducting staff meetings to communicate policies and procedures, share best practices, and promote teamwork within the organization.
- The corporate services manager performs various functions, including providing high-level administrative support in various aspects of an organization’s operations.
- They are primarily responsible for the business and service functions with a focus on consistency, quality, and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities commonly associated with the corporate services manager job description are listed below:
- Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management
- Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Direct, manage, and develop the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
- Represent the organization on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums and attending estate meeting where our facility is located
- Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes
- Responsible for conducting commercial activities as required
- Responsible for coordinating aspects related to hiring commercial and residential facilities, lease management, and rental payments
- Undertake measures to tone down business risks associated with physical security, facility matters, and other risk areas concerning the business
- Carry out audit and inspection to assess risks associated with the business
- Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy
- Responsible for all the vehicles which includes trucks and the vans, and its maintenance ,logistics of goods within and outside the region
- Overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Developing organizational policies.
- Disbursing funds to managers.
- Managing administrative budgets.
- Hiring and training administrative staff.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.
- Maintaining corporate relationships.
- Monitoring operating expenses.
- Updating executives on business performance.
Salary
- N300,000 – N350,000 monthly
